Identity

AD account The account cannot be changed — it is what the audit trail is recorded against.

Display name Shown on screen and in the audit trail.

Role

Super Admin Everything, including who else may use the system. Delegate Admin Configures folders, schedules and reports. Cannot manage users. Management Department Viewer Reads dashboards and downloads reports, for granted departments only.

Account is active

Deactivating withdraws access without deleting the account, so their audit history keeps a name against it.

Departments

Applies to Department Viewers only. Super Admins and Delegate Admins see every department by role, including any added later, so these boxes are cleared for them on save.
