The three documents that are emailed after new figures arrive — preview one, or send it now. Who receives them is set on Report recipients.
Automatic distribution is not active
The mail relay is not configured or sending is switched off, so reports are not being emailed. They can still be generated, previewed and downloaded here. Set it up in Email settings — the system will not report a send it did not achieve.

One-page executive scorecard across every department, followed by a macro summary with the longest-outstanding notifications as a strategic risk callout.

A department with no ingested export still produces a document — it states No Data rather than showing zeroes, because a zero here would read as “no outstanding notifications”.
